Loew's Grand Theatre Gone with the Wind premiere

This illustrated 3D card is part of the Bill Douglas Cinema Museum collections in Exeter. It depicts the facade of the Loew's Grand Theatre in Atlanta, which was the site of the premiere for Gone with the Wind in 1939. The illustration includes an image of Vivien Leigh and Clark Gable above the entrance with the title of the film emblazoned across the front of the theatre. A swell or crowds are depicted at the doors.
